Project Title: Fish/ Sea Animal Sculpture Part 2
Medium: Recycled cardboard, masking tape, acrylic paint, embellishments
Grade Theme: Oceans and Fish
Overview: Students will embellish their sea creature sculptures that were made in the previous lesson. Embellishments may include: eyes, scales, fins, claws and/or anything the students can think of that is possible with materials handy.
Art Skills: design and construction
Process: Students will cut, fold and arrange all embellishments on their sculptures. Teachers will hot glue all heavy parts, like google eyes, students will glue light weight embellishments.
Materials: buttons, tissue paper, construction paper, pipe cleaners, google eyes, mylar, etc.
Tools Provided by Classroom: scissors, white glue

Description Summary: Today students had the second of a two-part special art lesson making sea creature sculptures. They cut and folded and glued all the surface details of their animals with colors, shapes and textures.
